To educate a qualified workforce that learns the requirements of the “entertainment” and “leisure” functions of the tourism sector, strives to fulfill them, and is also capable of using the knowledge acquired—enhanced with additional competencies—for the management of recreation services outside the scope of tourism; and, at the same time, to contribute to science and society by producing and developing such knowledge for this purpose.
